How do I find my best nude shade match?

There are 3 available options to assist in finding the best nude eyewear match for your complexion.

The Eyewear Shade Finder will allow you to select The Nude Complex™ model that is Closest To Your Skin Tone.

The Makeup Compatibility Finder will allow you to select the makeup brand that is closest to your skin tone.

The Shades Of Shades® App, "The Mirror" will allow you to virtually fit and try on any shade to determine the best match, available Spring 2021.

Order Placement

Order modifications or cancellation request can only be accepted within 30 minutes of order creation. Please contact our Concierge should you have any request..

We are happy to offer complimentary gift packaging with a personalized message and a gift receipt. To purchase a Shades Of Shades® Gift Card, please visit our Concierge.

Maintenance and Care

To preserve the highest quality, gently clean your sunglass frame and lens using mild soap and water. Using a soft cloth, gently blot dry, then throughly wipe using the included Shades Of Shades® monogramed, high grade microfiber dustcloth. When not in use, store your eyewear in their case to fully protect them. Avoid extreme heat exposure.

Shipping policy

Complimentary shipping and delivery are offered on all U.S. Domestic Orders.

International shipping outside of the U.S. is a flat rate shipping fee of $50.00USD

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Each order includes a complimentary pre-addressed, return shipping label.

Returns and exchanges

Preorders and Backorders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by emailing Shades Of Shades Concierge.​ New or unused merchandise, receipt included, may be returned to Shades of Shades®, for a full refund within 30 days. Damaged or worn sunglasses will not be accepted.

We aim to inspect and process all returns within 2-4 business days of arriving at our warehouse.

For exchanges, once received, a Shades Of Shades® Concierge Specialist will contact you to offer assistance in finding your best eyewear match.

Please allow up to 7 business days for funds to appear in your bank account. A confirmation email will be sent, once your refund has been processed and applied.

Commitment

Shades of Shades® offers a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all eyewear. Warranties or repair options are available solely for manufacture's defective material or workmanship not associated with normal wear (which may include loosening hinges.) After determining eligibility, eyewear will be repaired or replaced.
